Pony Club A-B-C Camp

I was very excited to be counting down the days to the very first ANR A-B-C Camp! In the past we have had one great big camp where all the levels got together to study our Stable Management and prepare for the upcoming year, especially if we were deciding to test.

This year, our education chair implemented a camp for just the older and higher levels. I was really looking forward to getting more learning opportunities tailored to our levels.

Before the camp, though, I had the opportunity to visit some very generous businesses in town to gather a few items for door prizes for the kids at the camp! It was great to meet the community members and to better my professional presentation skills!

The weekend of camp rolled around and it was better than I was thinking it would be!

We had so many amazing speakers, including vets, nutritionists, saddle fitters and a yoga instructor!

I am looking forward to the next few weeks when I get to return to camp for the younger kids, but this time as an instructor!
