THE STORIES BEHIND THE PHOTOS

If you listen, I like to tell stories. Most of the time, it is with my camera, but occasionally I use words.

Leaving the Farm | Megan | Vermilion, Alberta

Leaving the farm isn’t usually something that I would be excited to hear someone was planning on doing. I am in Megan’s case though! How exciting for her to be heading off to University to become a teacher! If there was anyone that would excel at working with kids it is Megan! When we first...

Equine Portraiture | Ganser Barn | Provost, Alberta

Equine portraiture sessions are my absolute favourite sessions to book. There is something so beautiful about having your own horse as art that is worthy of hanging in an art gallery. When I opened the email requesting a BBG or black background session I was excited to see that there may possibly be more than...

Class of 2020 | Sierra | Wainwright, Alberta

The Class of 2020 has been so resilient and have faced the challenges that have come their way with such strength. I really didn’t know if sessions would be something we would be able to go ahead with but when the restrictions were lifted and Sierra and her mom put forth a plan for her...

Welcome:

Meet Daisy

Most of the time, you can find me riding rounds from the mom's section at whatever horse event we are at for the day. I'm usually sporting the world's messiest bun and sharing the latest rendition of what happened on the farm while Dolly and Opal are jumping sticks. I want nothing more than for you to make yourself at home here on the blog. You can check up on what sessions I have been busy with, and I'm sure those stories I tell will eventually find their way here too!
