You asked and I delivered! The Sunday Afternoon Workshop is back by popular demand and I have partnered with Lakeland College to bring the 2021 edition to you!

The original online workshop evolved out of my love for life, photography, and teaching. This will be the tenth online workshop to be held by myself.  To date I have instructed over 200 students on their photography journey, whether it is through the online workshop, a mentorship program or a class taught here at the studio.

The art of photography is one that is a personal journey. There is a lifetime of knowledge to learn and to keep learning. I am here to help reduce stress in any way I can to those wishing to start, offer advice, and share my experience with you as you embark on a lifetime journey. Nicole Marie Photography Co is here for you every step of the way – so if you ever have any questions, need ideas for planning, or just want to chat just pick up the phone and give me a ring.

Six weeks of lessons delivered to you every Sunday Afternoon. What happens if you can’t make every lesson? Great news! The workshop is open to you for one year! Although the class interaction is over after the six weeks of the workshop, you will still be able to go back through all of the lessons and practise the theory in the lessons for the full year you are granted access.

Hello! I’m Nicole – a prairie girl, mama to three amazing kiddos, author, photographer and teacher.

Being a photographer is at the very heart of who I am. I feel strongly that I was meant to share my passion for capturing what my heart feels with other photographers. I shoot weddings and equine portraits all over Alberta and North America, and I love seeing photographers follow their dreams. To see the world through a photographer’s heart, full of beautiful light and the connections held with the subjects. Most important I want them to see how photography can help them be the best version of themselves. Photography has been a healer, a teacher, it has humbled, strengthened my will and been a creative outlet for me and I want nothing more than for others to experience that as well.
