Dancing with Horses| Jill’s Equine Graduation Session | Provost, Alberta

Have you ever looked back on something and thought if you would have told me how my evening was going to go when I left the studio and started heading south for Jill’s session I don’t think I would have believed you?

To start the evening off I found myself down a two-track trail. If you have ever driven on a back road that a farmer uses to get to his field and no one else, I mean not even the deer, use it well that’s what the road I was on was like. I thought I was seriously lost. Lost. Lost. Lost. Just like Jerry McGuire was broke.

As I was sitting in an approach on the side of the road, I didn’t have to wait long before Jill came over the hill, assuring me I was in the right place. As we spent some time in her favourite pasture I felt like I had won the lottery. Every pose I suggested, Jill nailed.

Dancing with horses, in the light of the setting sun and I couldn’t make it last long enough. I was in heaven. I love these images. I think they are my favourite graduation images to date.

Interested in Booking a Graduation Session?

Graduation sessions are always some of my favourite sessions when I look back at the end of the year at the photos I took. If you are thinking about booking a graduation session with Nicole Marie Photography Co, I encourage you to talk to me early in the year as my bookings are limited and tend to book up by the end of March for the year. I encourage young ladies to book their session on the evening of their hair and makeup trials, or if they intend to have their session with their equine partner on a date after their graduation.

Hey there, I'm Nicole

I live on the prairies, where my dreams have merged with the view. It is quiet from the noises of suburbia yet loud with the noises of horses, sheep and chickens. Once in a while, I leave to wander in the streets, but always a part of my heart is left here on the hill.
