Each inquiry opens a workflow that ensures all the information you need is available to you in one place. Your Client Gallery link will be emailed out to you and from that time forward you will be able to have everything available from your individual client gallery.
Upon opening the link in the email for the first time you will be asked to enter a password. From then on your first view will be your landing page.

Viewing Your Account
Accessing your invoices and orders can be done by clicking the account statement. Seeing what you have ordered and what your account balance sits at has never been easier!

Accessing your images
First things first, your proof gallery is simply a website, a URL. Therefore, you can view your photos on any device. Just open the gallery link on your desired device using the instructions below:
1) Open your gallery by either clicking the link in the email I sent you or through your client gallery. You will be taken to a proofing gallery landing page.

From here once you open the proofing gallery, you will find a drop-down menu with instructions on how to download your images.

If your purchased session includes a package credit of digital images you will be able to choose the photos included in your package easily through the Credit Available button.

Keeping track of the images you wish to include in your digital download package is straightforward and uncomplicated. You can pick and choose, change your mind and change it again, all up to the point when you are positive you have the images you want by submitting your chosen photos. Once you press the submit to photographer you will not be able to change your mind.

Ordering Prints or Products
One of the best parts of your proofing gallery is it allows you to order professional-grade prints and products directly from your gallery. No more downloading just to re-upload to another site! These prints or products will be produced by a professional print shop and shipped directly to your doorstep!
To order prints or products, follow the instructions below:
1) Click on the image you want to print and click ORDER on the bottom of the image.
2) From the fly-out that pops up, select the products or prints you want of the image.
3) Enter the quantity you want to order.
4) Click “Add ”.
5) Once you have chosen all the pictures you want to print, click the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner of the gallery. There will be a number next to it, indicating how many products you are ordering.
6) Edit your address if it is not already there.
7) Click CHECKOUT
8) Enter payment information.
Sharing your Images
Sharing your proofing gallery with family and friends is easy with the share buttons in the proofing gallery. Just be aware that your complete proofing gallery will be shared, not just one photo.
